We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 (1) no. 1 VSBG). Note: The European Commission's former Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; a link is therefore no longer provided.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG and general law.
