Zoller genius 3 threadCheck (2016)
Tool measuring and presetting machine by ZOLLER in the threadCheck version, CNC-controlled with 6 axes, in technically flawless and fully functional condition. Designed for fully automatic, contactless and distortion-free measurement of taps, thread mills and thread formers in incident and transmitted light. It also measures and presets cutting tools of all kinds and captures grinding wheels and wheel packs — one machine for all measuring tasks. Equipped with full enclosure, cockpit-pilot operator console with 23" touch monitor, the inspectionPremium measuring program package and the thread measuring programs MP 212, MP 370 and MP 851.
