Rollomatic ShapeSmart NP5 (2010)
Five-axis pinch/peel cylindrical grinding machine by Rollomatic SA (Le Landeron, Switzerland) for blank preparation of cutting tools, punches, micro drills, mould and ejector pins. The machine comes with the original 2010 Rollomatic factory invoice issued for this machine — it documents the version, drives, axis travels and the equipment supplied with it. Configuration with 90° roughing spindle, GE FANUC 320iA with eight axes and an integrated three-axis loading robot for up to 1,000 blanks. Glass scales on the roughing and finishing axes with 0.00005 mm resolution, PerfectArbor wheel mount and monoblock shank guide. The machine ran at a cutting tool manufacturer in southern Germany on a central oil coolant system — a dedicated filtration/chiller unit and an extraction system are therefore not part of the scope of delivery.
