Tool measuring and presetting machine by ZOLLER in the threadCheck version, CNC-controlled with 6 axes, in technically flawless and fully functional condition. Designed for fully automatic, contactless and distortion-free measurement of taps, thread mills and thread formers in incident and transmitted light. It also measures and presets cutting tools of all kinds and captures grinding wheels and wheel packs — one machine for all measuring tasks. Equipped with full enclosure, cockpit-pilot operator console with 23" touch monitor, the inspectionPremium measuring program package and the thread measuring programs MP 212, MP 370 and MP 851. The first photo shows the actual machine offered at its previous place of use; the second is a manufacturer illustration of the series.
- One machine for all measuring tasks: does everything the genius does and, with suitable adapters, also handles presetting and measuring like a venturion or smartCheck
- The thread specialist: 6th CNC axis and swivelling optics carrier (± 30°, per manufacturer) align the optics with the lead angle — thread tools are measured distortion-free to the µm, which the genius cannot do
- Thread programs without programming: pitch diameter, pitch, flank angle, chamfer, relief, taper — metric, UNC/UNF, Whitworth, trapezoidal and round threads
- Grinding wheels and wheel packs are captured via type selection and measured automatically (MP 410)
- Fully automatic, operator-independent measurement with inspection report — reproducible, documented, complaint-proof
- ace spindle: run-out ≤ 0.002 mm, change accuracy 0.001 mm (per manufacturer)
- Full enclosure against dirt and stray light — use directly on the shop floor instead of a measuring room
